Pickleball Retreat Cost & Profit Calculator

Thinking about hosting a pickleball retreat, camp, or clinic at Bella Vista? Fill in the boxes below to estimate the cost of a whole-property buy-out — with optional meals and transportation — and see what you could earn as the organizer based on what you charge your attendees. It's an estimate to help you plan; we'll confirm every detail with you before booking.

• Seasonality. On-season months are December through the end of April, plus June and July. Off-season (discounted) months are May, September, October, and November.
• Green-season rain. Off-season months usually rain mid-day, though mornings and evenings are usually sunny. If rain keeps you off the courts, we'll help arrange and cover court time at covered courts about 25 minutes away — see the pickleball FAQ for details.
• Mixed dates. If your stay overlaps on- and off-season, the calculator prices each night by its month. We'll confirm the final adjustment after you book and place your 50% deposit.
• Meals. The meal package includes 3 meals per day at the property. Any meal eaten offsite is refunded at $15 per person for that meal.
• Transportation. The transportation package includes airport transportation and the 12-passenger van rental. The 7-passenger car (a Mitsubishi Outlander) is added separately. Need a second van instead of the car? That can be arranged for about $50/day more — just tell us early.
• Rooms. There are 10 bedrooms; up to 4 can be shared rooms. Two bedrooms have two bunk beds each (8 twin mattresses total), one room has a queen plus a bunk that can be private or shared, and the treehouse has a pull-out sofa bed so it can be a shared room too. The property sleeps up to 28.
